All exchanges must be initiated made within 30 days of receiving the product. You’re welcome to exchange for a different color or size, based on product availability. Shipping is complementary on the replacement item. Exchanges for different styles are considered returns and thus are subject to our return policy.
Customers are responsible for return shipping. House of Barkley does not provide return shipping labels. Items must be returned unworn. Returns that are damaged may not be accepted. In these instances, the product is returned back to the customer.
Product are considered faulty if they are received damaged or where a manufacturing fault occurs within 7 days of receiving the purchase. Items that are damaged as a result of normal wear-and-tear are not considered to be faulty.
If you would like to exchange a faulty item instead of obtaining a refund, please be aware that we can only replace it for the same product in the same style, size and color, subject to availability. If the same product is not available, you are entitled to a full refund.
